Privacy Policy

This is a personal portfolio site. It collects the minimum data needed to respond to messages sent through the contact form, and nothing beyond that. There are no user accounts, no payments, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking scripts running on this site.

If you submit the contact form, I collect exactly what you type into it:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you write

I do not collect device information, location, photos, contacts, or any data beyond what you voluntarily submit in that form. This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Contact form submissions are used solely to reply to your inquiry. Your name and email are also used to send you an automatic acknowledgment confirming I received your message.

Contact form emails are sent using Resend, a third-party transactional email provider, which briefly processes your name, email, and message in order to deliver it. I don't share your data with any other third party, and I don't sell data to anyone.

This site is hosted on standard infrastructure (e.g. Vercel or a similar host), which may log basic technical request data (such as IP address and request timing) for security and reliability purposes, consistent with normal web hosting practice. I do not access or use these logs for tracking individuals.

Contact form messages live in my email inbox for as long as needed to respond to and keep a record of the conversation. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

You can ask me to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing nvijayasuhaas@gmail.com. I will act on reasonable requests promptly.

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If what this site collects or how it's used ever changes, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
