Most AI projects stall between the demo and the people who need it. I work in that gap: I learn how the job gets done today, find the part worth building, and ship it with the constraints that are actually there.

PermitFlow

Licensing service built end to end in a three-day engineering assessment, then extended over two more days. Applicants upload documents, an AI check flags mismatches against the form as advice, and licensing officers review, inspect on site, and approve with a generated PDF licence.
